We send our tenants information to review as the market shifts and as new lender programs become available. Educating them on consideration of loan types, HOA and Condo fees, Flood Zones, and Tax Rates.
When a tenant signs a buyer/broker agreement with our firm, they get a dedicated licensed real estate professional to guide them through the home buying process. We scout properties that we determine will provide quick equity growth to assist with house hacking or resale value in the future. We will walk them through the inspection processes, appraisal processes, and settlement.
Additionally, we waive the agent retainer fee for tenant buyers, providing them with expert guidance at no upfront cost and making the path to homeownership even more accessible.
